Order Cancellation Policy
At Menolirva (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we are committed to providing an efficient shopping experience for our tents, vertical charcoal grills, and barbecue machines. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights regarding order cancellations.
Cancellation Conditions
- Within 48 Hours (Unshipped): If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so directly if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order and the items have not yet been shipped.
- After 48 Hours or Shipped Orders: Orders placed more than 48 hours ago, or orders that have already been shipped (regardless of the time elapsed), cannot be cancelled directly. If your order has already been dispatched, you must wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the package. Once received, please contact us to initiate a return for a refund. Cancellation Process
If your order meets the cancellation criteria, please follow these steps:

- In your request, please provide your Order Number and Payment Proof (such as a transaction receipt or confirmation email) to verify your identity and purchase details.
- Our customer service team will process your application immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange for your refund without delay.
Refund Instructions
- Method: Once the cancellation (or subsequent return) is confirmed, the refund will be issued directly to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) account used for the payment.
- Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.
- Overdue Refunds: If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in tracking the transaction.
Order Modifications
If you need to change the shipping address or contact information rather than cancel the entire order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order and before shipment. We will make every effort to update your details. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping destination.
Cancellations Initiated by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The ordered item is out of stock or unavailable.
- Errors in pricing or product information due to technical issues.
- Inability to process payment or verify billing information.
In such events, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund immediately.
