Delivery Area: We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not support shipping to other countries.
Shipping Fee: Orders of AUD $100 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under AUD $100, a flat shipping fee of AUD $10.99 will be applied.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Time: Delivery times typically range from 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Carriers: Our primary shipping partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Conditions: Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. If an order has already been shipped or more than 48 hours have passed, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may wait for the delivery and then contact us to initiate a return.
Refund Method: Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Timeline: Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to the card account (Visa, MasterCard) used at the time of payment. Conditions for Exchange: You may apply for an exchange within 45 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
