Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

 

At Menolirva (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we are committed to providing you with high-quality tents, vertical charcoal smokers, and BBQ grills, and ensuring you have a satisfying shopping experience. This policy outlines your rights and the procedures for returns and exchanges.

Return and Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 45 days from the date you receive your item.

Conditions for Return and Exchange
You may apply for a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • The item has cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, dents upon arrival).
  • The item has quality-related defects.
  • The item has a strong odor, a severe color discrepancy, or similar issues.
  • The item received is not the item you ordered.
  • You have had a change of mind (no-reason return/exchange).

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. This requirement does not apply to items with inherent quality defects discovered upon first use.

Items Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will require photos or videos of the damaged packaging and product to process a claim and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

  • Contact us via email at service@menolirva.com or call +1 (408) 253-7717 to request a return. You must provide your Order Number, Proof of Payment, Reason for Return, and relevant Photos or Videos of the product.
  • Our customer service team will process your request immediately. If approved, we will notify you via your contact method and provide the specific return address.
  • You need to ship the product back to the return address we designated and wait for us to receive it.
  • Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the item to verify if it matches the situation you reported. If the inspection is approved, we will immediately arrange your refund. Please refer to the "Refund Process" section for more details.

Exchange Process

  • Contact us via email at service@menolirva.com or by phone at +1 (408) 253-7717 to apply for an exchange. Please provide your order number, proof of payment, the reason for the exchange, and relevant videos or photos.
  • Our customer service team will process your request promptly. If your application is approved, we will inform you through your contact method and provide a return address for you to send the item back.
  • You will need to return the item to the designated address and wait for us to receive it.
  • Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the item to verify that it matches the situation you described. If the inspection passes, we will arrange for the dispatch of the new item within 1-3 business days. The expected delivery time for the new item is 7-15 business days. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used for the payment.
  • Crediting Time: Depending on the processing speed of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to be credited to your account within 1-5 business days. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Cost Rules

  • If the return or exchange is due to an issue on our part (e.g., cosmetic problems, quality defects, strong odor, severe color discrepancy, incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind ("no-reason"), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Label
A return label is included in every package for your convenience in case a return is necessary.

Liability Disclaimer
Our liability for any product purchased through our online store is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not responsible for any indirect losses or damages which are not a foreseeable consequence of our failure to comply with these terms. This does not exclude or limit in any way our liability for matters for which it would be illegal or unlawful for us to exclude or limit.
