Welcome to Menolirva (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are committed to providing you with the best online shopping experience for tents, vertical charcoal grills, and barbecue machines. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our shipping procedures.
Delivery Scope
We currently only provide shipping services within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders totaling 100 AUD or more.

Standard Shipping: For orders totaling less than 100 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 10.99 AUD will be charged.
Taxes
Transparency is key to our service. All taxes and related fees are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You do not need to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.

If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.
Order Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, we require 1-3 business days to process and prepare your items for shipment. This includes checking the product, packing, and handing it over to the logistics carrier.
Transit Time
After the order has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time is 7-15 business days.
Logistics Carriers
To ensure your items arrive safely, we work with reputable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. We may select the most suitable carrier based on the size of your item (e.g., large tents or grills) and your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information.

Liability Disclaimer

Product Damage or Loss: If an item is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Modification and Cancellation: If you need to change the shipping address or cancel the order, please contact us before the item is shipped. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot modify the address or cancel the order.

Shipping Address and Responsibility: We ship according to the address provided by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging of the tent, grill, or barbecue machine carefully. If you notice significant damage to the packaging, please refuse the package or mark it as "Damaged" upon signing and contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
Force Majeure
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or major traffic disruptions.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because the courier was unable to deliver it (e.g., incorrect address provided, or the recipient was unavailable after multiple attempts), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping costs for re-delivery may apply if the failure was due to incorrect information provided by you.
